The Rossi MIG-170N - powerful, yet extremely lightweight 170Amp MIG/Stick iGBT inverter welder is a must have for any handyman or serious DIYer. Highly compact and featuring true iGBT DC inverter technology, you’re assured an instant start and deep penetration.
With an efficient pure copper Toroidal Transformer and output current that is adjustable between 20A and 170A, you can achieve a quality weld whether it be with steel, stainless steel or cast iron. The advanced cooling system with its large fan ensures heat dissipates effectively for continued high performance and durability.
This awesome unit is capable of running a wide range of electrode, and is well suited to stick welding thick metals outdoors and even in windy conditions, and is forgiving when working on dirty or rusty metals. The features of the transistor bridge combine to make a continuous current rectifier - the high speed and precise regulation with high welding current continuity produce superior results with both general stick electrode and special purpose rods.
With the MIG capability of the MIG-170N you can feed the wire through fast to get smooth clean welds on thinner metals, with no slag to clean. With support for both gas-shielded MIG and gasless MIG wire, you can easily run mild steel and flux-cored wire.
The Rossi MIG-170N Arc Welding Machine comes with a face shield and carry case. So, whether you're welding at home or on the go, the will give you a quality weld every time.
